How the Program Works
Each week you will join an intimate group online to explore a new journalling style, which includes time to practice this style to allow for connection and comfort with this style. You will then practice the new journalling style during the week before the next online connection to share and explore the new journalling style.
Each week includes:
- Guided journalling styles
- An opportunity to share from your experience
- Instructional support and examples
- An opportunity to ask questions and seek clarity on the journalling style
- Live journalling time
- Supportive community space
