Journal to YOU is not about writing your thoughts down.  It’s about learning how to be in relationship with yourself again.

Journal to YOU is a guided self-relationship experience.  A sacred space where you begin listening to yourself again, gently, honestly, and without expectation.

It is an invitation to slow down, soften inward, and rebuild trust with your inner world.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected, emotionally full yet unseen, or unsure of what you truly feel or want… this space was created for you.

It’s a different way of relating to yourself.

Journal to YOU guides you into a new relationship with yourself, one rooted in safety, compassion, and honesty.

Instead of analysing your emotions, you learn to meet them.  Instead of pushing for answers, you learn to listen.  Instead of abandoning yourself in the noise of life, you return, again and again.

How the Program Works

Journal to YOU is designed to feel simple, nourishing, and sustainable. Each week you will join an intimate group online to explore a new journalling style, which includes time to practice this style to allow for connection and comfort with this style.  You will then practice the new journalling style during the week before the next online connection to share and explore the new journalling style.

Each week includes:

  • Guided journalling styles
  • An opportunity to share from your experience
  • Instructional support and examples
  • An opportunity to ask questions and seek clarity on the journalling style
  • Live journalling time
  • Supportive community space
  • Reflections that invite depth without overwhelm
  • A gentle rhythm that meets you where you are
  • Space to respond honestly — no right or wrong
