I didn’t have any idea of what to expect from my first session of life coaching, but I was completely impressed with Michelle’s compassion, empathy, patience and natural ability to guide the discussion and offer very practical ideas and solutions. I came away from my session feeling like I had a step-by-step solution that I could work through while ticking off stages. It helped create a clear path to follow to reach my goal. I’m totally impressed!
Life coaching is a new thing for me, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but having sessions with Michelle has been such a breakthrough. She was able to steer me towards what I now believe to be my true calling. She is friendly, warm and easy to talk to, which creates an open environment to chat freely and honestly. She’s a true professional – worth every penny!
Michelle is a wonderful listener, incredibly intuitive and highly pragmatic. Her optimistic, positive and fun personality make her easy to open up to and wonderful to work with.
Michelle has an upbeat manner and is very positive. It was great to look at my life holistically and then focus down on the areas that I really wanted to improve. I found that the sessions were a pleasurable experience. The sessions provided lots of positive reinforcement and a framework to help me identify the changes I wanted to make. Michelle put the spring back in my step and as a result I’ve been able to become more organised, with a more positive outlook, and I’ve put exercise and dance back into my life! I’ve even started to revamp my home and put the spirit back into the way I schedule my daily routine! In summary, Michelle has enabled me to transform my life and I will be forever grateful.
I had been interested in life coaching for a while, but I kept postponing the date I’d look into it. I came across Michelle a bit by chance, but it felt the right moment to start. And it turned out that it really was. I was very confused about what I wanted to achieve, I only knew that there were some things that I wanted to change about myself, a certain feeling of insecurity, fears, self doubt, that reflected especially in romantic relationships. But I started the coaching programme telling Michelle that I wanted to focus on these things, but absolutely did not want to put myself out there in terms of dating. I’m sure I didn’t make it to easy for her. She was brilliant because she helped me realise what my goal was. I thought I wanted to be able to open up romantically, but she made me see that this could be easily achieved by focusing on myself first. She made me challenge myself by going after the passions I had, but I was too insecure to pursue: I have always loved writing, but I didn’t believe that I was a good enough writer. Thanks to her now I have a monthly column on a magazine. I have always loved playing guitar, but I didn’t want to show my skills, because I believed I’d be laughed at. Thanks to her I joined a jamming group and we played together for months. She has a very structured but fun approach. She is always kind and understanding. I think her course was one of the best things I have done. She’s changed my way of approaching life.
