I had been interested in life coaching for a while, but I kept postponing the date I’d look into it. I came across Michelle a bit by chance, but it felt the right moment to start. And it turned out that it really was. I was very confused about what I wanted to achieve, I only knew that there were some things that I wanted to change about myself, a certain feeling of insecurity, fears, self doubt, that reflected especially in romantic relationships. But I started the coaching programme telling Michelle that I wanted to focus on these things, but absolutely did not want to put myself out there in terms of dating. Thanks to her now I have a monthly column on a magazine. I have always loved playing guitar, but I didn’t want to show my skills, because I believed I’d be laughed at. Thanks to her I joined a jamming group and we played together for months. She has a very structured but fun approach. She is always kind and understanding.
