Soul Connection is a five-week group experience for women who are ready to step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves and create space for what comes next.
Perhaps you have been feeling

- emotionally, mentally or physically weighed down
- as though you have been going through the motions of life
- ready for something to shift, even if you cannot yet explain what
- drawn to spend meaningful time on yourself, with the support of other women
You do not need to arrive with all the answers. Soul Connection gives you the space to begin listening to yourself again.
A journey back to yourself
Over five weeks, we gently explore the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical areas of your life.
Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation and soulful practices, you will have the opportunity to clear some of the clutter, understand what you need and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.
We begin by setting an intention for your journey and finish by bringing together what you have discovered, creating a clearer vision for the way you want to move forward.
