    Steps to Symptom-Free IBD is derived from my personal intuitive path to being symptom-free with IBD.  Since reaching remission from my Ulcerative Colitis in 2017 I have studied to understand what my body intuitively knew was necessary to find remission from inflammatory bowel disease.  What started with “There has to be another way” has led to the cultivation on this powerful and potent 12 week course.

    This comprehensive 12-week online group program is designed to guide your through the very steps that led me to being in a state of remission I had never felt before, being symptom-free.  I will guide you through the steps, methodology and practices that brought me to symptom-free IBD in 2017 and share the practices that help me maintain this state of being.  This program focuses on the mind-body connection, inner healing, regulation and management of the root cause.
